Founded in 2026
The story of headac
headac is a limited liability company (LLC) established in Cameroon in accordance with the OHADA Uniform Act on Commercial Companies Law.
It came to life thanks to its founder and CEO, Mr. Ubald Tamoufe, who, after nearly 30 years of experience managing organizations involved in implementing health promotion and development projects in Central and West Africa — capped in 2017 by setting up a non-profit organization called HEADA — felt the need to build a company that could better adapt to the global environment marked by major challenges in raising financial resources to support development.
Our identity
The story of our logo
The headac logo is inspired by the acronym of HEADA, a humanitarian organization founded in December 2017 by the company’s founder to improve the well-being of disadvantaged communities.
The dove featured in the logo symbolizes peace, love, hope, and reconciliation, reflecting the company’s commitment to promoting social cohesion and sustainable development.
The logo was conceived by Ubald Tamoufe and designed in collaboration with Eric Defo Tamgno in July 2026.
